Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the pulse response characteristic, by providing a vibration diaphragm in the center of a stuck piezoelectric element and by fixing and holding the peripheral part of the diaphragm elastically to a case by a buffer materal. CONSTITUTION:A vibration diaphragm 13 is provided on a coupling shaft 12 provided in the center of a stuck piezoelectric element 11 consisting of piezoelectric ceramic, and the peripheral part of the diaphragm 13 is fixed elastically to the inside face of a cylindrical case 17 by a buffer material 20 consisting of an elastic rubber or the like for the purpose of suppressing mechanical vibration. The stuck piezoelectric element 11 and terminals 16 and 16' are connected electrically by lead wires 19 and 19'.
