Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内の作動空間と駆動部との間に、前記作動空間
    側から順次ガスシール、中間室、オイルスクレーパー、
    液体封入室およびオイルシールを配し、前記中間室をオ
    リフィス、オイルフィルターおよび逼止弁を介して前記
    作動空間と連通させ、前記オイルフィルターと前記逆止
    弁との間の回路に作動ガス供給弁を有する回路を接続し
    、前記作動ガス供給弁を開にした時前記作動空間と前記
    中間室との間の差圧を最小となるようにさせ、さらに、
    前記液体封入室をオイルタンクを介して前記オイルスク
    レーパーの上部と連通させ、前記作動空間から前記駆動
    部側へと延出するロッドのシールを成すことを特徴とす
    るスターリング機関のシールロッド。
