Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）カバーとハウジングとの間を可動壁で区画し上記
    カバーと可動壁とで囲まれた負圧室と、この負圧室に１
    通された負圧源ポートおよび出力ポートと、上記負圧室
    においてカバーと可動壁との間に架は渡された第１のス
    プリングと、上記ハウジング内に上記可動壁と接離する
    方向に往復動可能に設けられた可動体と、この可動体に
    取着されてハウジングの内壁に摺接しハウジング内に可
    動体と可動壁とで囲まれた大気室を形成するりツブシー
    ルと、上記大気室に連通された大気ポートと、上記可動
    壁と上記可動体との間に架は渡され上記第１のスプリン
    グよりも取付荷重が小さくかつ上記可動椅の移動により
    上記取付荷重を調整可能な第２のスプリングと、上記可
    動壁に設けられ上記負圧室と上記大気室とを連通可能な
    弁孔と、上記可動壁が上記負圧源の負圧により上記第１
    のスプリングに抗して移動された場合に、上記弁孔を開
    いて上記両室を連通させる可動弁体とを具備したことを
    特徴とする負圧制御弁。
  2. （２）前記リップシールには潤滑剤を貯える周溝が形成
    されていることを特徴とする負圧制御弁。
