の半導体パワーモジュールの主電極端子の配置および折
り曲げ方向をそれぞれ示す斜視図、第３図はこの考案の
一実施例を示す主電極端子を折り曲げる前の斜視図であ
る。 図中、１は半導体パワーモジュール、１ａはねじ孔、２
は主電極端子、２ａは孔、３はねじ、４　′はバーであ
る。なお、図中の同一符号は同一また“　は相当部分を
示す。

    曲げてなる半導体パワーモジュールにおい゛て、前記各
    主電極端子を前記面上にそろえて取り出し同一方向に折
    り曲げた構成としたことを特徴とする半導体パワー千ジ
