Claims (1)
- 恒温槽内の温度変化を検知して、槽内温度門一定するよ
うに加熱制御する熱制御回路を有する恒温槽において、
該熱制御回路に加熱用トランジスタと、該加熱用トラン
ジスタのコレクタ電流又は−エミッタ電流を制限する抵
抗を設け、該加熱用トランジスタのコレクタ損失により
加熱するとともに、該抵抗を該加熱用トランジスタから
隔離された位置に配設したことを特徴とする恒温槽。
