Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a ruled paper where unnecessary rules are not copied even if the ruled paper is copied as it is, by using a plane meshed film consisting of several very narrow wires. CONSTITUTION:Desired rules are preliminarily described with solid lines on a solid line film 6. A plane meshed film 7 consists of several very narrow wires as shown in magnified figure. Rules of the solid line film 6 are exposed through the plane meshed film 7 to obtain a plate material 8 for printing. Thus, good rules are always printed on the plate material 8.

Conventional copy paper is not specified by 1% and is made of ordinary paper that is commonly used. Therefore,
This is fine if the paper is white, but if the paper has various ruled lines, the ruled paper will also be copied when the paper is copied as is, so not only will it be difficult to see the circled letters in the copy, but also if there are graphs or designs drawn on it. In some cases, it was completely useless, and there was the inconvenience of having to write each time on a separate blank sheet of paper and then copying it. In addition, copying machines have become rapidly popular in recent years, and the lack of original interrogation papers has resulted in the drawback that high-performance copying machines cannot be used effectively.

The present invention was developed in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks and inconveniences, and involves providing a flat screen film consisting of several extremely thin lines, and passing the chain flat screen film through a solid line film to a plate material. By creating a printing plate by exposing it to light, and printing on the desired paper using the printing plate, it is possible to obtain purchased paper that does not have extra ruled lines or the like even if it is copied as is. The purpose is a method for manufacturing lined paper for photosensitive copying machines.

Fig. 11 shows a lined paper made by the manufacturing method of the present invention, and Fig. 2 shows a lined paper made by the conventional manufacturing method. The lined paper main body l obtained by the present invention has a thick outline l1I on the desired white paper 2.
3 is provided, and within the contour line 3, a vertically and horizontally movable fruit @4 is drawn. The lined paper main body 1 obtained by the conventional manufacturing method is similar to the lined paper of the present invention, in which a contour line 3 is provided on a white paper 2, and this contour line I! A dotted line 5, which can be vertically and horizontally, is drawn within 3. As described above, the feature of the ruled paper of the present invention is that the conventional ruled lines are dotted lines 5, whereas the ruled lines are drawn with solid lines 4. If you copy both of these lined papers using a copying machine, it will be lined @(*1lI

FIG. 4(A) is a partially enlarged view of a conventional flat mesh film, and FIG. 4(B) is a partially enlarged view of the flat mesh film of the present invention. As is clear from this figure, the conventional flat mesh film 7 has a fine mesh pattern, but further analysis shows that the black dots 1O are arranged at equal intervals. Therefore, when trying to print desired ruled lines by superimposing the solid line film 6 on the flat mesh film 7, if the solid line film 6 partially covers the black circle dots 10 (gradient, if not at all, 0 and 0). There are two types of cases: (C), and there is no problem in case (C), but cases (A) and (B)
In this case, there is a drawback that the desired lines are not printed on the plate material 8.

In contrast, the lined paper produced by the method of the present invention has black lines @11 drawn at regular intervals on the flat mesh film 7, as shown in FIG. There are no such lines, and good ruled lines can always be printed on the plate material 8.This can be further explained with reference to Figs. 5 and 6. d In the case of conventional lined paper, as shown in FIG. Ruled line with point 15 (
If a flat mesh film 7 (c) with black dots 17 is used on a white background 16 as shown in (C), the ruled lines will be as shown in figure d. In any case, when such a flat mesh film 7 is used, the solid line film 6 is
The zero angle makes the mesh Ii5 non-uniform. That is, as shown in FIG. 6(A), when the solid line film 6 is superimposed on the flat mesh film 7 while turning the film 18411 once, the white background 14 and the black dots 15 within the dotted line 5 will be non-uniformly arranged. (A) m (B) as shown in Article 481 (a)
, and a good dotted line 5 cannot be obtained.
However, if printed, the dotted lines 5 may not be obtained.

You can get ruled lines that cannot be obtained with conventional manufacturing methods (Idiot)
In addition, the visibility of the printed lined paper is high (the ruled lines are easy to see), and the spacing between the lines can be adjusted as needed, so you can easily prepare the screen by preparing the flat screen film in advance. , it is possible to easily print the desired lined paper, the manufacturing method is easy and convenient, and base paper for copying can be obtained at low cost, so it is a new paper that is excellent in all aspects such as performance, practicality, and economy. This can be said to be a method for manufacturing lined paper for photosensitive copying machines that can provide unique lined paper for copying. .
