Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案はシャッターや門扉等のパイプ杆と連杆や横桟との
連結に関するもので、その連結を堅牢にすると共にその
連結操作を簡単迅速にせんとする目的で゛ある。
以下その詳細を昇降シャッターの横杆に就いて説明する
と、シャッターの対設ガイドレール１に夫々係合するロ
ール２の軸を支持鈑Ａの一端に軸支し、該支持鈑Ａの他
端とパイプ製横杆３の端部とを連結するように先部に止
鈑４を装備する適寸の螺杵５を該横杆３の端部に挿入し
、その基端をゴムバッキング輪６とキャップ７を介して
支持鈑Ａの他端に穿設する軸承孔８に軸承してナツト９
で緊締してなる構成に係るものである。
１０は連杆を示す。
本案は上記のようにシャッターの骨杆であるパイプ横杆
３とロール２の支持鈑Ａとを連結する螺杵５は先部に止
鈑４を装備し、ゴムバッキング輪６を挿通してこれをパ
イプ横杆３のキャップ７で保持し、該螺杵５の端部を支
持鈑Ａの軸承（Ｌ８に軸承してナツト９で緊締するよう
にしであるからナツト９の緊締で、ゴムバッキング輪６
が止鈑４で加圧されて外方に膨張し、横杆３と螺杵５と
が一体となり支持鈑Ａとの固定を厳にすることができる
。
このような構成にした本案のパイプ杆と平板との連結は
横開き並に昇降シャッターの他に門扉やフェンス等にも
利用できる実用上有効な考案である。

の横断面図を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シャッターの対設ガイドレール１に夫々係合するロール
    ２の軸を支持鈑Ａの一端に軸支し、該支持鈑Ａの他端と
    パイプ製横杆３の端部とを連結するように先部に止鈑４
    を装備する適寸螺杵５を該横杆３の端部に挿入し、その
    基端をゴムバッキング輪６とキャップ７を介して支持鈑
    Ａの他端に穿設する軸承孔８に軸承してナツト９で緊締
    してなるシャッター等の横杆の固定装置。
