Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　所定の処理材を通過せしめることにより、処理水の
    油分を分離するようになした濾過型の油水分離装置にお
    いて、密閉可能な本体容器の内部を、仕切板と前記処理
    材により、処理水の入口と接続された入口室と、その出
    口と接続された出口室と、前記入口室及び前記出口室の
    夫々と前記処理材を介してのみ連通した中間室とに区分
    し、前記中間室にて粗粒化した油分を洋上分離できるよ
    うになしたことを特徴とする油水分離装置。 ２　前記本体容器が筒状胴体とその両端を閉止する側板
    とからなり、前記処理材が中空円筒状に成形された処理
    材であって、前記筒状胴体をその軸に垂直方向の仕切板
    で軸方向に３分室に分割し、その端部側の両分室には流
    密に前記処理材を筒状胴体と同軸方向に配すると共に前
    記両性切板に連通口を設けて、前記分室のうち中間の分
    室を中心に前記中間室を形成した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の油水分離装置。 ３　前記処理材を中空円筒状の弾性成形物となすと共に
    、前記端部側の両分室に前記側板により処理材を圧縮取
    着して、処理材の弾性力により処理材と側板及び仕切板
    との間の流密を確保した実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載の油水分離装置。 ４　前記入口室と中間室を連通せしめる第１の処理材を
    処理水中の仝マルジョン粒子の粗粒化または破壊を行な
    う処理材とすると共に、前記中間室と出口室を連通せし
    める第２の処理材を油吸着材となした実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項、第２項、若しくは第３項記載の油水分離
    装置。 ５　前記第１の処理材をアミン化合物及び／又はその誘
    導体を支持体を担持せしめた処理材とし、前記第２の処
    理材をポリプロピレン及び／又はポリスチレンの繊維よ
    りなる処理材とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載
    の油水分離装置。
