第１図は本考案の一実施例の構成を示す一部を切欠いた
正面図である。、第２図は第１図の実施例に含まれる外
容器の構造を第１部分容器および第２部分容器毎に示す
断面図である。第３図は貯液槽とともに示す第２図の斜
視図である。第４図および第５図は本考案の他の実施例
における外容器を示す組立前および組立後の斜視図であ
る。 １４：回転駆動軸、２８：バレル槽、３０：ねじ穴、３
２：フランジ、３４：取付ボルト（ボルト）、３６：外
容器、５４．８０：第１部分容器（部分容器）、５６．
　８２：第２部分容器（部分容器）、５８、　８４：研
摩溶液排出口。

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）垂直に配設された回転駆動軸と、上方に開目する
    容器状を成し該回転駆動軸の上端に底部が固定された竪
    型のバレル槽と、中央穴を有するとともに該中央穴に該
    回転駆動軸が回転可能に挿し通されて該バレル槽の底面
    に対向した状態で配設され、該バレル槽からの流出する
    研摩溶液を受は集める外容器とを備えたバレル加工装置
    において、 前記外容器を、前記中央穴の周縁および該外容器の外周
    縁の一部を含むように分割された複数の部分容器によっ
    て構成するとともに、それ等部分容器を着脱可能とし、
    前記バレル槽を前記回転駆動軸から取り外すことなく該
    外容器を取り外し得るようにしたことを特徴とするバレ
    ル加工装置。
  2. （２）前記バレル槽が、該バレル槽の底部の下面に形成
    された貫通しないねじ穴に、前記回転駆動軸の上端に設
    けられたフランジを通してボルトが螺合されることによ
    って、該回転駆動軸の上端に固定されたものである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のバレル加工装置。
  3. （３）　　前記外容器が、その外周側から前記中央穴に
    至る略平行な切欠きによって該外周側と中央穴とが連続
    させられて平面形状が略Ｃ字状を成す第１部分容器と、
    横断面が略Ｕ字状の受樋を成し、該第１部分容器の切欠
    かれた部分を挾んで相対向する部分間に架は渡されて、
    受は入れた前記研摩溶液を該第１部分容器に流入させる
    第２部分容器と、から成るものである実用新案登　　　
    ・録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載のバレル加工
    装置・
  4. （４）　　前記第１部分容器が、その中間位置に研摩溶
    液排出口が形成されるとともに該研摩溶液排出口に近ず
    くに従って底が深くなるように形成されたものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載のバレル加工装置。
  5. （５）前記第１部分容器が、その一端部に研摩溶液排出
    口が形成されるとともに該研摩溶液排出口に近ずくに従
    って底が深くなるように形成され、且つその中間位置が
    前記バレル加工装置の作業者側に位置するように配設さ
    れたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の
    バレル加工装置。
