    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一側が開放された略だ円曲面状の反射面を形ルされた反
    射傘の内部に棒状露光ランプを収容し、同露光ランプの
    発光により反射傘の上方に位置ばれる原稿の照明を行な
    う露光光学装置において、前記原稿の反対側の反射傘の
    外周面に複数の撮フィンを設け、これらの放熱フィンか
    らの放熱ｉ：より反射傘の冷却を行なうことを特徴とす
    る露光光装置。
