Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）走行中の帯状鋼材の表面を照射する投光器と、帯
    状鋼材の表面で反射された反射光を受光する受光器とを
    有し、フラッジ、ユバット溶接部のトリミング面の光沢
    による受光量の変化から走行中の帯状鋼材のフラッシュ
    バット溶接部を光学的に判定・検出するようにされた帯
    状鋼材の溶接部検出装置において、前記受光器出力の受
    光信号を、帯状鋼材の走行方向の距離によって微分した
    距離微分信号の大きさに基いて、ブラツユバット溶接部
    の判定・検出を行なうようにしたことを特徴とする帯状
    鋼材の溶接部検出装置。
  2. （２）前記距離微分信号が、前記受光信号を時間微分し
    た時間微分信号を、帯状鋼材の走行速度信号によって除
    することにより得られたものである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の帯状鋼材の溶接部検出装置。
