第１図はオイルポンプ吐出量および実際のオイル必要量
とエンジン回転数比との関係をグラフで示した図、第２
図は本考案の軸方向の断面図、第３図は第２図のＡ−Ａ
に沿った断面図、第４図はエンジン回転数とオイル吐出
圧およびエンジン消費馬力との関係を本考案と従来とを
比較してグラフで示した図である。 １・・・ポンプケース、２・・・ドライブギヤ１．３・
・・ドリブンギヤ、６・・・孔、７・・・ピストン、８
・・・スプリング、１４・・・短絡路。

Claims (1)
- ケース内にドライブギヤおよび該ドライブギヤと係合す
るドリブンギヤが配装された自動車用オイルポンプにお
いて、該ケース内に４ポンプの軸方向に孔６が穿設され
、また該孔と交叉する該ポンプの吸入口と吐出口とを連
通ずる短絡路が設けられ、該孔６内に該短絡路を閉塞可
能なピストン７が挿入され、該ピストンはオイルの吐出
圧が規定値より低い場合は該短絡路を閉塞する位置にス
プリングにより押圧され、該ケースにはオイルのメイン
ホールと連通し該孔６に開口する圧力伝達孔１０が穿設
され、オイルの吐出圧が規定値より高くなった場合該メ
インホール内のオイル圧を感知して該圧力伝達孔より圧
を伝達し該ピストンをスプリングに抗して移動し、該短
絡路を開放してオイル吐出圧を制御しエンジンの馬力を
節減できるようにしたことを特徴とする自動車用オイル
ポンプ。
