Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吐出量可変制御要素２を最大傾斜方向に付勢して吐出量
    を最大値に維持しようとする特性の吐出量可変ポンプ１
    とアクチュエータ５０との間の主流回路８に流量調整可
    変オリフィス１９を設ける一方、少なくとも１次ポート
    ２４と２次ポート２５とタンクポート２６とを有する３
    ポート形圧力制御弁３０のスプール３１の一端に上記流
    量調整可変オリフィス１９の前位の圧力を伝えると共に
    、該スプール３１の他端のスプリング３３を縮装した背
    圧室３２に上記流量調整可変オリフィス１９の後位の圧
    力を伝える構成とし、上記圧力制御弁３０を上記流量調
    整可変オリフィス１９の前後の差圧に応動させて、上記
    ２次ポート２５に連結されて吐出量可変制御要素２を駆
    動するシリンダ４を、上記１次ポート２４に接続された
    主流回路８と、タンクポート２６に接続されたタンクラ
    インとに切換接続可能になして、上記吐出量可変ポンプ
    １の吐出量を制御して、上記流量調整可変オリフィス１
    ９の前後の差圧を略一定に制御するようにしたことを特
    徴とする流体装置。
