The purpose of this is to be able to manufacture adhesive sheets that do not require release paper in an extremely small number of steps, to fully meet the demands for labor and resource conservation, and to produce two sheets by folding them in half. It is possible to commercialize the sheet pieces in a state where they are polymerized back to back, and both sheet pieces are formed substantially integrally so that they do not easily peel off from each other before use, and are also peelable when used. To provide a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet that is convenient for transportation, storage, printing, etc.

That is, the gist is that an appropriate number of adhesive parts and peeling parts are arranged alternately over substantially the entire back surface of the display sheet, and then the display sheet is divided into a pair of sheet pieces by a dividing line that roughly divides the sheet into two pieces. The method consists in bending the back surfaces of both pieces so as to overlap each other, thereby partially bonding the adhesive parts of each sheet piece to each other, and forming the sheet pieces so that they can be peeled from each other.

以下、図面に従って本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, a large number of adhesive portions 2 each having a square plan are arranged vertically and horizontally over the entire back surface of a display sheet 1 with strip-shaped adhesive portions 3 interposed therebetween.

The area ratio of the sticking part 2 and the peeling part 3 can be freely selected by changing the length of one side of the sticking part 2 and the width of the peeling part 30, and depending on the area ratio of both 2 and 3, When the display sheet 1 is folded in half along dividing lines 4 and 4a, which will be described later, the bonding area formed by the bonding portions 2 changes in various ways.

It is also planned that the dividing line 4 will be provided with cutting means such as perforations, if necessary.

After that, the sheet pieces 1a and 1b divided into two at the dividing line 4 are bent so that the back sides of each sheet overlap, and the pasting part 2 of the 10,000 sheet pieces 1a and the other sheet piece 1b are separated. Part of the adhesive part 2 is pasted.

In FIG. 2, the area of the bonded portion 2a indicated by the dashed dotted line is the area of the bonded portion 2 and the peeled portion 3, as described above.
Needless to say, it varies depending on the area ratio, individual shape, arrangement, etc., as well as the position of the dividing line 4.

For example, in the case shown in FIG. 2, each adhesive part 2 of the sheet piece 1a is a square with a side length of 1, and the width of the peeling part 30 is as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. As shown above, when the display sheet 1 is bent along another dividing line 4a that cuts vertically over the vertically arranged pasted parts 2 and divides the area of each pasted part 20 at a ratio of 1:5. The above-mentioned bonding area is a measure of the difficulty in peeling off (ease of peeling) of the pieces 1a and 1b for the area 1 of each bonding part 2. The larger the value, the more difficult it becomes to separate the pair of polymerized sheet pieces 1a, lb from each other.

In any case, the two sheet pieces 1a and 1b are partially pasted together to the extent that they can be peeled off from each other by forced external force during use.

In this embodiment, a large number of adhesive parts 2 each having a planar substantially band-like shape are arranged in parallel, and the spaces between adjacent adhesive parts 2 are used as peeling parts 3.

In the illustrated example, the dividing line 4 is formed diagonally on the display sheet 10. As shown in FIG.

Further, by changing the width of the bonding portion 20, etc., it is possible to increase or decrease the bonding area, in other words, it is possible to adjust the difficulty in peeling off the two sheet pieces 1a, 1b.

This is used by forcibly peeling off the adhesive sheet, which has been folded in two and retaining its shape by properly adhering the adhesive parts 2 of each sheet piece 1a and 1b to each other. Both 1a and 1b are expanded in a plane, and thus sheet piece l

Moreover, in addition to forming a single poster, sticker, etc. with the adhesive sheet consisting of both the sheet pieces 1a and 1b, perforations etc. are formed in advance on the dividing lines 4 and 4a to make it divisible. If it is, peel off the double-folded adhesive sheet, spread it out, and cut it along the dividing lines 4 and 4a to create a sheet piece.
A and 1b can be separated, attached to each other, and used separately.

Therefore, it is possible to print display elements such as the same photo or text on the front and back sides of a double-folded adhesive sheet, thereby producing two identical posters from one adhesive sheet. It is also possible to obtain two posters with different display elements.

In addition, since the pasted parts 2 of each folded sheet piece 1at1b are properly pasted together at the pasted part 2a and are manufactured back-to-back, the pasted parts 2 are not exposed. Both the sheet pieces 1a and 1b are shaped and formed substantially integrally until they are used, making it extremely convenient for packaging, transportation, storage, etc., and convenient for handling at the distribution stage.

Since there is no risk that the sheet pieces 1a and 1b will be shifted from each other, there is an effect that printing on the front and back sides of the adhesive sheet, that is, the surfaces of the sheet pieces 1a and 1b, can be facilitated.
