Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ レーザ光源と、上記光源から発生するレーザ光を読
み取るべき文書上に光走査する光走査器と、該読み取る
べき文書からの反射光を検知する光検知器とを用いるレ
ーザ読み取り装置において、該レーザ光を光走査器の駆
動信号と同期させ変調する手段を具備し、上記光検知器
の信号からシェーディングを除去したことを特徴とする
レーザ読み取り装置。 ２ 上記レーザ光源として半導体レーザを用いることを
