Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被測定物に対して任意の方向に移動可能な移動台
    に着脱されるシャンクと、シャンクに対してシャンク固
    定子にて固定されたプローブケースと、プローブケース
    に対して傾動可能に保持された接触子軸と、内端が接触
    子軸に固定され外端がプローブケースに固定され接触子
    軸の径方向位置を規制する板ばねと、プローブケースの
    内底面にほぼ等間隔で固定された３個の固定接触子と、
    接触子軸に固定され前記固定接触子と当接する３個の可
    動接触子を担持する接点受は部と、可動接触子を固定接
    触子に押圧するスプリングと、前記シャンク固定子に設
    けられ接触子軸の周囲に所定間隙を隔てて配設されたス
    トッパリング部と、前記３組の固定接触子及び可動接触
    子から成る接点組のうちいずれかの接点組の開離を検出
    する検出手段と、を含むことを特徴とするタッチ信号プ
    ローブ。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載のプローブに
    おいて、接触子軸には接触子が着脱自在に固定されてい
    ることを特徴とするタッチ信号プローブ。
