第１図は本考案を実施したパイプ成形用ラム押出装置の
中央縦断面図、第２図はラムの先端部における一部切欠
き拡大正面図、第３図は第２図のＡ−Ａ線における拡大
切断面図である。 図中、１は押出ダイ、３は材料供給部、４は加′熱装置
、７はラム、９は合成樹脂製押出体、１０は空気抜き溝
、１２はマンドレル、１５はテーパ一部を水子。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）細長筒状の押出ダイの後方寄りに材料供給部を設
    け、該供給部より前方方向に数段の加熱装置を設置せし
    めた押出ダイ内に、先端にマンドレルを突設せしめたラ
    ムを挿入し、このラムとマンドレルの連続部に押出ダイ
    の内壁と略全面密接する端面形状の柱形合成樹脂製押出
    体を介在せしめ、該押出体の表面にラム移動方向に伸び
    きる複数本の空気抜き溝を刻設すると共に、前記マンド
    レルのラム側基部部分にマンドレル先方方向に向は除々
    細身となるテーパ一部を形成した筒状体成形用ラム押出
    成形装置。
  2. （２）、前記マンドレル基部部分に形成されるテーパー
    　　一部はマンドレルの有効長の略１／３以内の領域に
    設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筒
    状体成形用ラム押出成形装置。
  3. （３）前記空気抜き溝は押出体の表面のうち上方部分に
    集中して設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の筒状体成形用ラム押出成形装置。
