Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースに入力電圧が印加される第１のトランジスタと、
    この第１のトランジスタと差動対を成す第２のトランジ
    スタと、前記第１、第２のトランジスタのエミッタに共
    通接続される定電流源を成す第３のトランジスタと、前
    記入力電圧を前記第３のトランジスタのベースバイアス
    電源とし前記入力電圧の第１の所定電圧を境にして前記
    第３のトランジスタのオン、オフを切り換えるバイアス
    回路と、前記第３のトランジスタがオン状態に於いて前
    記入力電圧の前記第１の所定電圧とは異なる第２の所定
    電圧を境に前記第１、第２のトランジスタのオン、オフ
    が切り換わるように前記第２のトランジスタのベースバ
    イアス電圧を設定するバイアス電源とを具備し、前記第
    １、第２のコレクタ出力電圧を検出子ることにより前記
    入力電圧レベルを前記第１、第２の所定電圧を境にレベ
    ルの異なる３値レベルで弁別することを特徴とするしき
    い値弁別回路。
