Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a titled measuring device which collates data on total pressure and can measure an adequate pressure increasing time with simple constitution, by storing the data on the total pressure from the start up to end of injection in a storage circuit and operating the starting pressure for the pressure increase and the ending pressure for the pressure increase in accordance with the total data stored upon ending of the injection. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor for detecting the injection pressure of an injecting and filling material is beforehand provided in the die part of a die casting machine, and the pressure signal detected with the pressure sensor is supplied to a pressure measuring circuit 10, by which the signal is converted to a digital signal. On the other hand, the control signals for controlling a storage circuit 12, an arithmetic circuit 14 and a display circuit 16, respectively, are supplied to a control circuit 18. When the circuit 18 judges the end state of injection from the external signal, the circuit outputs the command for detecting the max. pressure value from the pressure data stored in the circuit 12. On receiving the command, the circuit 14 searches the total pressure data stored in the circuit 12 and detects the max. pressure thereof. A pressure increasing time is then calculated with the circuit 14 and is displayed with a circuit 16.
