Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水洗トイレの水槽内に収納され、水位の上下動に
    よって内部の空気溜室の容積が変化する容器本体と、該
    容器本体の上方部に取付けられた通気性を有する芳香剤
    部分とからなり、該水槽内の水位の上昇により該空気溜
    室の容積が減少して該芳香剤部分を通って該空気溜室の
    空気が該水槽内の上部空間に放出されてなることを特徴
    とする消臭装置。
  2. （２）前記容器本体が内筒と外筒とを伸縮自在に嵌合し
    てなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の消臭装置。
  3. （３）前記容器本体の下方部に水溶性の着色消臭剤の収
    容部を設けてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項または第２項記載の消臭装置。
