    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フィルタープレス１により成形されたケーキＧ、　　　
    を次工程に搬送する第１コンベヤ１１と、この第１コン
    ベヤ１１のケーキ搬出端１３の下方に、該第１コンベヤ
    １１と直交する向きに配設された第２コンベヤ２７とを
    備え、前記第１コンヘヤ１１のケーキ搬出端１３と第２
    コンベヤ２７の搬入端との間に、ケーキＧのガイドを行
    なうシェーク２５を設け、前記第１コンベヤ１１のケー
    キ搬出端１３に、ケーキＧの搬送方向と直交する向きに
    回転する複数の破砕刃１７を備えた破砕機１９を設けた
    ことを特徴とするケーキ破砕装置。
