であり、破線８の内側はモノリシックＩＣの内部を表す

    シタから成るモノリシックＩＣ増幅器において、少なく
    とも負帰還作用を持つ抵抗回路をバイパスするキャパシ
    タをＩＣチップ外部にのみ設けたことを特徴とするモノ
    リシック電界効果トランジスタ増幅器。
