Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、改良された油性化粧料、更に詳しくは、アイ
ブロウ、アイシャドウ、アイライナー、口紅等の油性化
粧料に関するもので、容器に上記化粧料を直接流し込み
充填し固定させる際、容器との離型性にすぐれ、所謂ゞ
壁ハガレ現象′にすぐゎた効果を有する、仕上がり品の
表面状態が極めてきれいな油性化粧料を提供するもので
ある。
従来の油性化粧料は、固化剤として動・植物ワ。
クス、鉱物ワックスを使用し製造しているが、化粧容器
に利用されている金属容器例えばアルマイト加工アルミ
材、ステンレス容器、或いは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロ
ピレン、アクリロニトリルスチレン共ｆＬ合物、アクリ
ロニトリルブタジェン、スチレン共重合物、ポリメチル
メタアクリレート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート
、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアセタール等の合
成樹脂容器に、流し込み充填固化させた中味は、容器と
の濡れ、収６ 縮率との関連から、固を後、容器と一部密着し、消費者
が、容器から締出し使用する際ひどいものでは折損、繰
出し不良、中味側面の削除、表面光沢の低下等の問題が
起り易く、製造者の悩みの種となっている。これらを回
避する為、製造者は、容器よりやや細めの径に成型し容
器に装着するとか、製品により容器や種々の形状をした
カプセル容器に直接充填０ し固ｊさせる場合は、予しめ容器内面に離型剤を塗布し
対処しているのが実状である。本発明者らは、上記欠点
を回避する目的で鋭意研究の結果ポリエチレンの平均分
子ｔ　（ＭＷ）が約３００〜約７００、好ましくは５０
０〜７００を、３〜９５重量％、好ましくは３〜１０重
量％配合することにより表面光沢にすぐれしかも容器か
ら成型後繰出す際、繰出し不良、折損、中味側面の削除
の全くない油性化粧料を完成した。
ポリエチレンの平均分子量が７００以上になると、溶解
性が不良となり、ワックスとして使用できない。
又、３００以下では固化力も劣り、使用が困難である。
従って、従来のワックス類に比較して固化力が大で、溶
解性も良好なポリエチレンの平均分子量は３００〜７０
０が極めて使用し易いことである。次に、油性化粧料の
組成分として配合される同時に、前記欠点を解消する為
に、ポリエチレンの重要な特性として、透明性が要求さ
れる。　　　　　　　　　　　　　この透明性にういて
は、流動パラフィン、スクワラウ等の非極性を使用した
場合、従来の炭化水素ワックを使用すれば、少量で固化
し、しかも透明性も良好で、約１５％まで透明性にすぐ
れる。又、その他の固化剤であるカルナパワ、クス、キ
ャンデリワ、クス等を使用しても透明性では、ポリエチ
レンより劣る。
なお、ポリエチレンの平均分子量３００〜７００の軟化
点は８５°Ｃ−１０５°Ｃである。次に各実施例をあげ
て説明する。先ず、実施例１と比較例をあげて説明する
。
