４ニブリッジ回路、４ｂ、　４ｃ、　　４ｃｌ；抵抗、
４ｅ：入力端、４ｆ、　　４ｇ：出力端、５：増幅器、
６　、Ａ／Ｄ変換部、７：演算回路部、８：デジタル表
示部、９：キー人力部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空容器に較正真空計が接続されると共に、ブリッジ回
    路を構成する抵抗の一つが計測用抵抗として導入され、
    このブリッジ回路の出力端に増幅器が接続され、入力端
    にこの増幅器の出力端が接続されると共に、Ａ／Ｄ変換
    部、演算回路部及びデジタル表示部が順に接続される三
    方、演算回路部にキー人力部が接続されて成り、前記Ａ
    ／Ｄ変換部は前記ブリッジ回路の入力端電圧を検出して
    前記演算回路部に出力するように構成され、前記演算回
    路部は前記真空容器内の真空度と前記ブリッジ回路の入
    力端電圧との関係が予め記憶される共に、前記較正真空
    計により計測された真空度が前記キー人力部より入力さ
    れて前記関数の係数を予め演算記憶し、前記Ａ／Ｄ変換
    部からの入力信号により前記関数に基いて真空度を演算
    するように構成され、前記デジタル表示部が真空度をデ
    ジタル表示することを特徴とするピラ二真空計。
