The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, namely, a base sheet and a thin synthetic resin sheet formed on the surface of the base sheet and connected to each other so that each room is independent. A cushioning material composed of multiple domes, a foam material injected into the surface depressions between the domes, and a top sheet attached to the surface of the foam material, which has a heat retention effect due to the foam material. With this in mind, a cushioning material with excellent heat retention can be obtained.

The present invention will be explained below based on drawings showing one embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 is a manufacturing process diagram, and X is a cushioning material (having the same structure as a known material), and a base sheet such as PVC. 1 is used as a base material and covered with a thin synthetic resin sheet 2 such as polyethylene to continuously form a plurality of domes 4 in which each chamber 3 is independent.

As described above, the present invention comprises a base sheet 1, a plurality of domes 4 covered with a thin synthetic resin sheet 2 and continuously formed on the surface of the base sheet 1 so that each room is independent, and a space between the domes 4. Since the foam material 6 injected into the surface recess 5 and the top sheet 2 stuck to the surface of the foam material 6 constitute a cushioning material, the dome 4 filled with air serves as the buffer. In addition, the foamed material 6 has an insulating effect that prevents the heat of the top sheet 2 from escaping to the lower part, which is effective in preventing deterioration of the heat retention function, which is a problem particularly in this type of structure.
