    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タイル状の弾性基板の表面に植毛部を、また裏面に格子
    状の互いに連通ずる溝部を設け、表面から溝部内に通ず
    る貫通孔を多数設けてなるカニベット体を多数個有し、
    これらカーペット体を静電−界を有する床面上に着脱自
    在に配列し、静電界により表面上の微細な塵埃を貫通孔
    を介して裏面側に吸引するようにしたことを特徴とする
    カーペット装置。
