Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、色彩選別機の検出部透明板の掃除装置に関す
るものである。
白米などの被選別物を供給樋の下端から連続的′として
受樋に向けて流下させ、選別箱内において、流下中の被
選別物の色彩又は透明度を受光素子で検知し、その検知
信号の変化で所望の色彩又は透明度を有していない異物
を検出し、空気ノズルから空気を噴射して、その異物を
エノエクトして選別するようにした色彩選別機において
は、検出部のガラス板には、糠・ゴミ等が付着しやすく
、糠・ゴミ等が付着すると、検知作用に支障をきたすた
め、これを除去する作業が必要と郷れ、従来は、選別箱
の一部に窓をあけ、そこから手を入れるなどして掃除を
していた。
しかし、そのためには、選別箱を大きく作ら々ければ力
らないから、多くの材料を要し、価格が高くなるうえ、
清掃作業中には、選別作業を一時停止させなければなら
ないという欠点があった。
本発明の目的は、上述した欠点を除去し、ガラス面にワ
イパーゴムを密着させて往復運動させ、付着した糠・ゴ
ミ等を取り除くことにより、清掃作業を自動化し、簡便
かつ安全にした色彩選別機の検出部ガラスの掃除装置を
提供することにある。
以下、図面により、本発明の詳細な説明する。
第１図は、本発明の一実施例の断面図である。
検出部１は、センサー２、センサー２に対応するバック
グランド３および照明用の光源と々る螢光管４を内蔵し
、その前面には、ガラス板５よりなる検出部透明板が設
けられている。
掃除板６は、前面に、前後に揺動自在に取りつけた連結
杆７を介して、挾持部材８を取りつけ、挾持部材８は、
ワイパーゴム９を挾持する。
掃除板６の背面には、上・下に支持部材１０゜１０’　
、　１０”を介して転子１１．１１’、１１“を取りつ
ける。前記連結杆７と下部の転子１１“の支持部材１０
“とをバネ１２等の付勢装置にて連結し、ワイパ−ゴム
９を常に、ガラス板５０面に密接する方向に付勢する。
前記ガラス板５上縁ニ沿って、ノｊイドレール取りつけ
板１３を取りつけて、これにガイドレール１４を固定し
、ガイドレール１４の」−下に前記転子１１　、　ｊｌ
’　、　１１／／を転勤自在にして掃除板６を移動自在
に装着する。
第２図に示す実施例では、転子１１の軸にモーター１５
を直結して転子をガイドレールに沿って往復させること
により、この掃除装置を駆動きせる。
第３図に示す実施例は、ワイヤー１６を掃除板６Ｃで固
定し、このワイヤー１６を巻回したノー’Ｊ１８をモー
ター１７により作動させて、同様に掃除装置を移動させ
る。
なお、上記実施例では、転子を掃除板の上部に２個並設
し、下部に１個設けて、ガイドレールに３点で接するよ
うにしたが、掃除板が力゛イドレールに確実に支持され
ればよく、転子の位置、数は、この限りではない。
なお、検出部１は相対して設けられていて、検出部透明
板及び掃除装置も相対して配設され、これら相対する掃
除装置は単独に、又は電気的・機械的に連動して同時に
移動できる。
以」二のように本発明によると、検出部の透明板」二部
に設けたがイドレールに沿って、掃除装置が自動的に往
復運動するため、人手による透明板面の掃除が不要とな
る。また、掃除装置の作動時に選別作業を一時停止する
必要もなくなる。
また、掃除装置の駆動が間欠的におこなわれるようにし
ておけば、検出部の透明板面に付着した糠・ゴミ等を自
動的に効率よく安全に除去することができ、安定した選
別が得られる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （１）検出部透明板を有する色彩油別機において、検出
    部透明板に沿ってガイドレールを設け、該ガイドレール
    蜘掃除板を移動自在に装着し、前記掃除板には、透明板
    面に密着させてワイ・や一体を取り付けたことを特徴と
    する色彩選別機の検出部透明板の掃除装置。 （２、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の装置において、掃除
    板はモーターを直結した転子を介してガイドレールに装
    着されている色彩選別機の検出部透明板の掃除装置。 （３）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の装置において、掃除
    板はワイヤー及びこのワイヤーを巻回したノーりに連結
    したモータによってガイドレールに移動自在とされてい
    る色彩選別機の検出部透明板の掃除装置。
