Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove squeeze-out of adhesive readily, by attaching single-sided adhesive tape to the areas on the upper surface of a substrate or materials to be bonded where squeeze-out is expected, and stripping off the tape after completion of vacuum bonding. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 2 is applied to a substrate 1 and materials to be bonded 3 is attached. Then a double-sided adhesive tape 4 is attached around the materials 3. A single-sided adhesive tape 7 is attached to the gaps between the materials 3 and the tape 4 and upper periphery of the materials 3 where squeeze-out of the adhesive is expected.
