  1. 所定の光電素子の受光面上に、「金属膜−誘電体膜−金
    属膜」の構造で形晟された金属膜午渉フィルタおよびこ
    の金属膜干渉フィルタの不必要な透過帯の光を遮断する
    カットオフ用色フィルタを積層形成し、所定の１つの透
    過帯の光のみを上記充電素子へ導くようにしたことを特
    徴とする単色光センサ。
