持部材の磁気回路収納部にスピーカの磁気回路を収納し
てスピーカを保持させるとともに上記嵌合部を一方のキ
ャビネット補助体の係合突起に嵌合させ、さらに上記一
方のキャビネット補助体に他方のキャビネット補助体を
合体させることによりキャビネットと保持部材に設けた
複数の弾性片によってスピーカのフレームを弾性的に抑
圧支持し該スピーカをキャビネット内に取付けるように
なしたことによって、以ってスピーカのキャビネットに
対する取付けを簡単且つ確実に行える様にした、新規な
