Claims (1)
- はんだ槽内の溶融はんだを前記はんだ槽外からの電磁力
により噴出口から噴出させ、左右１対の搬送チェ７にキ
ャリアレスで装着されたプリント基板上の電子部品をは
んだ付けするはんだ付は装置において、前記プリント基
板を搬送する搬送チェ７と同一の駆動源で駆動され同期
速度で搬送されるとともに上下方向にエンドレスに張架
された左右１対のサブ搬送チェンを設け、この左右１対
のサブ搬送チェ７間に所定間隔で前記プリント基板の前
方端部をおおう波よけ板を取り付けたことを特徴とする
電磁噴流型自動はんだ付は装置。
