    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ニューマチックアクチュエータに取付けられニュ
    ーマチックアクチュエータの変位速度が作動液の圧力に
    変換されるダッシュポットと、該ダダッシュポットに連
    結されダッシュポットの作動液の圧力がピストンの変位
    量に変換されるシリンダ装置と、ニューマチックアクチ
    ュエータのエア供給回路に設けられ前記シリンダ装置の
    ピストンに連動してニューマチックアクチュエータへの
    エア供給量を調整する供給エア調整装置とから成るニュ
    ーマチックアクチュエータの速度制御装置。
  2. （２）前記ニューマチックアクチュエータがエアホイス
    トである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のニュー
    マチックアクチュエータの速度制御装置。
  3. （３）前記供給エア調整装置がエアレギュレータである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のニューマチック
    アクチュエータの速度制御装置。
