Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ケースの内部に加熱室および電気部品の収納室が
    形成され、前記収納室には高周波発振器および送風機が
    配設され、前記送風機から吹き出され前記高周波発振器
    に吹き付けられた冷却風をダクトを介して前記加熱室内
    に導くとともに前記加熱室内に載置された食品等から放
    射される赤外線を検出する赤外線センサをユニットケー
    ス内に赤外線センサ出力を検出するセンサ出力検出部と
    ともに一体的に収納した赤外線センサユニットを備えた
    高周波加熱装置において、前記ケースにセンサ冷却風の
    吹込口を設け、この吹込口と前記送風機との間に形成さ
    れる通風路に前記赤外線センサユニットを配設したこと
    を特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
  2. （２）通風路はケースと加熱室との間に配設された風向
    板によって形成されたものであることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の高周波加熱装置。
  3. （３）ユニットケースは吸込口から送風機の吸込口近傍
    まで延出され通風路を兼ねるものであることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の高周波加熱
    装置。
