  1. ＣＭＯ３等による揮発性メモリのデータ保持を目的とし
    たメモリシステムにおいて、メモリー電源としてのシス
    テム電源とバックアップ用電源との切換を差動増幅器を
    介在させて構成したことを特徴とする揮発性メモリ用電
    源回路。
