Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 太陽電池素子４を単独で、又は複数個接続して所望の電
    力を取り出す太陽電池モジュールにおいて、外面が耐熱
    性樹脂フィルム１、最内面が熱融着性樹脂フィルム２か
    ら成り、４００〜１１００ｒｒＬμ゛　　の波長域で８
    ０％以上の光透過率を有する積層フィルム３により、太
    陽電池素子４及び内部配線５全体が、熱融着性樹脂フィ
    ルム２の融点以上、耐熱性樹脂フィルム１の融点以下の
    温度条件にて袋状に真空密着され、更に袋の外周部６が
    熱圧シールにより包装された太陽電池モジュール。
