.. When primary air is supplied at the same time as combustion gas is supplied into the interior of the heating pipe 11' with the pressure reduced to around normal pressure, the pressure difference in the heating pipe 12 is created by the blower 13, so air and air are supplied to the gas burner. The mixed gas is sent in as a mixed gas, and when ignited, it is burned in the combustion chamber 11 by a gas burner.

できる。As explained above, the present invention connects a combustion chamber with a burner inside to the longitudinal middle of the heating pipe, which has one end as the base end for intake and the other end as the tip for exhaust. In a gas infrared vacuum combustion device in which a blower for negative pressure is connected to the distal end side of the heating pipe, the heating pipe has a protruding helical part at the base end, which is larger than the diameter of the vibro. In addition to forming a secondary air inlet, a damper for air collision is provided between the rMl) 1-shaped part and the base end of the heating pipe through which an exhaust gas passage is smaller than the diameter of the vibro. The intake side end of the heat recovery pipe is connected to the heat recovery pipe, and the discharge side end of the heat recovery pipe is inserted into the secondary air inlet on the base end side of the heating pipe, separated from the base end of the heating pipe. Therefore, not only can the combustion chamber 11.11' connected to the heating pipe 12 heat the pipe, and the generated infrared rays can heat the room, but also the heat recovery pipe 15 can be heated using the still high temperature exhaust gas. It can be heated and used for space heating, thereby increasing heating efficiency.

When 1lilJII) is blown into the shaped air inlet 18, a vortex of the exhaust gas to be introduced is generated due to the IIJ flat shape and the damper collision action, whereby the exhaust gas is well mixed with fresh air, and the damper Moisture in the exhaust gas is also removed by the dehumidifying effect of No. 19, and this mixed air is supplied in a predetermined direction. Incomplete combustion due to lack of oxygen when using only (low oxygen concentration) as the secondary combustion air is eliminated, and a dehumidifying effect is also added, so sending this mixed air to the combustion chamber 11 improves the combustion state of the burner. can be held,
As a result, the radiation temperature from the heating pipe 12 can be sufficiently increased, and efficient heating can be achieved.
