Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　信号の変化に応じた力を発生する重代駆動部
    と、弁座と、その弁座に対向する弁体とを設け、前記弁
    体の上部にはダイアフラムを設けるとともに、前記ダイ
    アフラムは背圧室周壁と膜板外周壁の間に深い折り返し
    部を設けたことを特徴とするガス圧力比例制御弁。
  2. （２）前記膜板外周壁の長さは、少な（とも前記ダイア
    フラムの折返し部の深さよりも長くしたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のガス圧力比例制
    御弁。
