Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベースフィルムの表面に導電性金属を蒸着させて
    導電層若しくは磁気遮蔽層を設けて成る電線用シールド
    テープ。
  2. （２）ベースフィルムの表面にアルミ、銅等の良導電性
    金属を蒸着させて導電層を形成する事を特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電線用シールドテー
    プ。
  3. （３）ベースフィルムの表面にニッケル、鉄等ノ導電性
    金属あるいはフェライト等の非導電性に近い金属を蒸着
    させて磁気遮蔽層を形成する事を特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電線用シールドテープ。
  4. （４）　　導電層及び磁気遮蔽層をベースフィルムの表
    面に積層状に設ける事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載の電線用シールトチ。 −プ。
  5. （５）　　導電層及び磁気遮蔽層をベースフィルムの表
    裏両面に分けて設ける事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載の電線用シールドテープ。
