  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　弁箱１、弁ふた２、弁体３及び弁棒４等から成って
    いる弁において、弁ふた２に弁棒４を包囲するように円
    筒状部分８を直立して形成し、この円筒状部分８の内部
    にピストン１０をしゆう動自在に配置すると共に円筒状
    部分８の内部にピストン１０の上下部に密閉空間１５．
    １６を形成し、この上下部の密閉空間１５．１６には第
    一の制御弁３２．３３を介して弁体３の前後から弁箱１
    内の流体を選択的に供給可能とした弁体開閉装置。 ２　弁ふた２の円筒状部分８の内部のピストン１０の上
    下部の密閉空間１５．１６を第二の制御弁３１を介して
    ポンプ３０によって相互に連絡して成る実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の弁体開閉装置。 ３　第一の制御弁３２．３３が一組の三方電磁弁であり
