Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の圧力室内の圧力に応じて変位することによって開
    閉弁を駆動する第１の応動体と、第２の圧力室内の圧力
    に応じて変位することによって、上記開閉弁の下流側に
    設けられた比例弁を駆動する第２の応動体と、第１の圧
    力室内に流体圧を供給する電磁ポンプと、第１の圧力室
    内の圧力を第２の圧力室に伝達する通路と、この通路に
    設けられた弁とを備え、第２の応動体は、上記弁が開で
    かつ上記開閉弁の間圧と同一もしくはそれ以上の圧力が
    第２の圧力室内に作用しているときに上記比例弁を比例
    動作させるように構成されている流量制御装置。
