  1. 主断熱材の注入発泡が完了したドア本体にドア内板を取
    付け、ドア内板のリブ状突出部の内部にユリア樹脂のよ
    うな発泡圧力の低い軟質あるいは半硬質のフオームプラ
    スチックを注入し、リブ状突出部とドア本体の主断熱材
    との間を前記フオームプラスチックからなる断熱材で充
    填してシールした冷蔵庫の扉。
