[目的]
建築用板の模様付けに際して、深みがあり且つ画一的で
ない模様を付与できる模様付は法を提供することを目的

うな精巧な印刷方法を採用することが出来るからである

は難しい。さらに塗装工程的にも、工程が複雑になるな

法も考えられるが、これとて量産向きの塗装法ではない

以上の板に、必要に応じて目止め処理、ベースコート塗
装、サンディングと言うような下地処理を施す。つぎに
建築用板lの表面に適当な方法(例えばロールコータ2
で)で模様付けを行う。例えば印刷法などを用いる。こ
の模様3は、通常の塗料、印刷インクなどを使用、する
。つぎにその上に溶剤を適当な散布手段4を用いて散布
して、前記模様を熔かして柄をボカす。よってここで使
用する溶剤は先に付与した模様を、少なくともある程度
は溶かすものでなくてはならず、一方前記模様は使用す
る溶剤に熔けるような組成のものを用いて付与されねば
ならない。つぎに適当な方法で溶剤を除去し、その上か
ら、例えばフローコータ5を用いてトップコートを施す
。このようにして得られたものがこの発明にかる建築用

ら、自然感が醸し出されるのである。さらに、前記のよ
うな複雑な模様を表現できる割には量産に適した方法で

この発明は、模様付けすべき素材の表面に、必要に応じ
て目止め、サンディング、ベースコート塗装などの前処
理を施した後、模様付は印刷を施し、ついでその模様柄
を溶剤でボカすと共にトップコートを行うことを特徴と
するので、予め付与された模様の輪廓が溶剤によりポカ
されて、深みないし立体感のある模様が得られ、また、
模様柄の溶剤による侵食程度を異ならしめることができ
るので画一的な模様となり難いから、自然感が醸し出さ
れると言う効果がある。さらに、前記のような複雑な模
