    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光素子と液晶素子又はエレクトロクロミックディスプ
    レー素子よりなる光制御素子と該光制御素子を透過して
    くる光を受けるための受光素子と該受光素子が受ける光
    量によって光制御素子に電圧を断続的に印加する制御手
    段と測定すべき温度によって変化する光制御素子の光透
    過率の変化の速さを光の明暗の周波数又は電気信号とし
    てとり出す出力手段からなることを特徴とする温度セン
    サ。
