Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）負圧式倍力装置Ｓのブースタシェル１０にシリン
    ダ本体１を接合し、このシリンダ本体１のシリンダＩＣ
    に摺合するピストン２□のロンド部２４を前記ブースタ
    シェル１０内に臨ませると共に該ブースタシェル１０内
    の出力杆に連接させたマスクシリンダにおいて、前記ロ
    ンド部２４の外周面に接する前後一対のシール部材２６
    ．２８とこれらシール部材間に介在して前記ロンド部２
    ４を摺動自在に支承する軸受板２７とを前記シリンダ孔
    ＩＣに装着し、前記軸受板２７の前面及び後面に、互い
    に円周方向の位相を異にする複数条の第１及び第２放射
    状溝３１．３２をそれぞれ設け、この両放射状溝３１．
    ３２と連通ずる環状溝３３を前記軸受板２７と前記シリ
    ンダ孔１Ｃとの対向周面に設け、この環状溝３３を大気
    中に連通させる排出孔３４を前記シリンダ本体１に穿設
    したことを特徴とする、マスクシリンダ。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のものに
    おいて、前記第１及び第２放射状溝３１．３２は、前記
    軸受板２７の板厚の２分の１以上の深さに形成された、
    マスクシリンダ。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のものに
    おいて、前記環状溝３３は前記シリンダ孔ＩＣ内壁に断
    面ｖ字状に形成された、マスクシリンダ。
