Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 分散して設置された各発塵源装置に臨ませて設けた集塵
    フードが分岐ダクトに接続され而して該各分岐ダクトが
    排気筒に接続する１本の合流ダクトに接続されている局
    所排気装置において、上記分岐ダクトに前記集塵フード
    後部に排風機とその後段に逆止弁が設けられ、而して前
    記各合流ダクトが等断面に形成・されていることを特徴
    とする局所排気装置。
