Claims (1)
- 硫黄酸化物ガスを含む排ガスを処理する吸収塔１、脱離
塔２、前記脱離塔２に加熱ガスを供給する脱離塔加熱ガ
ス発生炉６、ＳＯ□還元塔３、硫黄凝縮器４、少なくと
も１個のクラウス反応器５及び少なくとも１個の硫黄凝
縮器４が、前記順序で配列されてなり、最後の硫黄凝縮
器４よりの排ガスを送る導管１６が前記脱離塔加熱ガス
発生炉６に連結されてなることを特徴とする乾式脱硫装
置。
