Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は積雪地用の軒樋受装置に関するものであって、
軒樋Ａを受ける樋受具２を取付板１の上部に回動自在に
枢着し、第１リンク３と第２リンク４の一端同志を回動
自在に連結して第１リンク３の他端を樋受具２に第２リ
ンク４の他端を取付板１に枢着し、第２リンク４が垂下
して取付板３に当接した状態で樋受具２が水平方向を向
く長さに第１リンク３を形成すると共に第１リンク３と
第２リンク４とを一直線にした状態で樋受具２を垂直方
向に立てる長さに第２リンク４を形成し、第１リンク３
と第２リンク４と一直線上に保持する保持具５を第１リ
ンク３乃至第２リンク４にスライド自在に装着して成る
軒樋受装置に係るものである。
従来の軒樋受装置にあっては第１図、第２図に示すよう
にＬ字状の取付板１に樋受具２を枢着し、樋受具２の下
端にリンク６の上端を枢着し、リンク６の下端を取付板
１にスライド自在に取付けてあった。
かかる従来例では通常リンク６の下端を上方にスライド
させると樋受具２を水平方向に保持して第１図のように
軒樋Ａに屋根７の雨水を受けることができ、冬場はリン
ク６の下端を下方にスライドさせて第２図に示すように
樋受具２を下方に回動させて軒樋Ａを軒下に収納して軒
樋Ａの破損を防止できるようになっている。
しかし軒樋Ａを軒下に収納すると積雪８が下に落ちると
いう欠点があった。
本考案は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであって、本考
案の目的とするところは通常時は雨水を受けることがで
き、冬場の積雪時は積雪がすべり落ちるのを防止できる
軒樋受装置を提供するにある。
以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。１は鼻板等の軒下
部に取付けられる取付板であって、Ｃ字状の軒樋嵌合部
２ａを有する樋受具２の基部を回動自在に枢着しである
。
樋受具２の軒樋嵌合部２ａの底部中央には第１リンク３
の一端を軸９にて回動自在枢着してあり、取付板１の中
段部には第２リンク４の一端を軸１０にて回動自在に枢
着してあって、第１リンク３と第２リンク４の他端同志
を軸１１にて回動自在に連結しである。
第１リンク３乃至第２リンク４には第１リンク３と第２
リンク４とを一直線上に保持する保持具５をスライド自
在に装着しである。
樋受具２の軒樋嵌合部２ａには合成樹脂被覆金属製又は
金属製の強度のある軒樋Ａを装着しである。
しかして通常時は保持具５を第１リンク３と第２リンク
４との連結部から離れるようにスライドさせて第３図に
示すように第１リンク３の下端を取付板１に当接させて
軒樋Ａを水平状態に保持して雨氷を受ける。
また冬場等は保持具５をスライドさせて第１リンク３と
第２リンク４とを保持具５にて一直線上に保持し、第４
図に示すように軒樋Ａを屋根７の軒先側端部に対向する
ように垂直状態に位置させ、第５図に示すように屋根７
上の積雪８が滑り落ちるのを防止することができる。

考案の一実施例の側面図、第５図は同上の動作を説明す
る概略図であって、１は取付板、２は樋受具、３は第１
リンク、４は第２リンク、５は保持具、Ａは軒樋である
。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軒樋を受ける樋受具を取付板の上部に回動自在に枢着し
    、第１リンクと第２リンクの一鋤同志を回動自在に連結
    して第１リンクの他端を樋受具に第２リンクの他端を取
    付板に枢着し、第２リンクが垂下して取付板に当接した
    状態で樋受具が水平方向を向く長さに第１リンクを形成
    すると共に第１リンクと第２リンクとを一直線にした状
    態で樋受具を垂直方向に立てる長さに第２リンクを形成
    し、第１リンクと第２リンクと一直線上に保持する保持
    具を第１リンク乃至第２リンクにスライド自在に装着し
    て戊る軒樋受装置。
