Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方のエンドカバーにピストンロッドの軸線にほぼ直交
    する軸線を有するシリンダ穴を形成して給排気ポートと
    連通し、該シリンダ穴には先端がピストンロッド側と保
    合可能なプランジャを移動可能に装着して常時ピストン
    ロッド側に弾圧し、ピストンロッド側には該プランジャ
    の先端部と係合可能な溝を形成し、該プランジャには順
    次弁作用をする通孔を設け、該給排気ポートに圧力エア
    が供給されないとき該プランジャの先端がピストンロッ
    ド側の溝内に入ってピストンの移動を阻止できるように
    なっている安全装置付きエアシリンダ。
