    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気吸入ポートと、空気吐出ポートと、これら空気吸入
    ポートおよび空気吐出ポートの間の位置に設けられたバ
    ルブシートと、このバルブシートに離接し流通空気を計
    量する弁体と、この弁体の位置制御をするソレノイドを
    有するエアコントロールバルブにおいて、前記弁体後背
    部に密閉空間を形成するベローズと、前記弁体に形成さ
    れ、前記密閉空間と弁体前面側空間とを連通ずる通気孔
    と、を設け、かつ、前記弁体９前記バルブシートへの接
    触線の直径と、前記弁体の前記バルブシート側端面にお
    ける外径との差を１　、５ｍｍ以下としたことを特徴と
    するエアコントロールバルブ。
