  1. （１）荷役車両に積み卸し自在としたコンテナにおいて
    、該コンテナの内部に設けた仕切板でコンテナ内を複数
    の室に区分し、異種の内容物を分別して収容可能にした
    コンテナ。
  2. （２）仕切板は、コンテナの長手方向と平行に立設され
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のコンテナ。
  3. （３）仕切板は、コンテナの長手方向と直角に立設され
    、仕切板の下部を開閉自在に蝶着した実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のコンテナ。
